o2 sensor wiring help

hi guys,

 

i am in need of putting wires from my o2 sensor into the back of my ecu plugs.

 

i have a j-spec and have been studying the ecu pinout diagram and have found pins 48 and 71 are for the oxygen sensor but where does the third wire go??

 

any help would be great and how do you know what colour goes into what pin??

 

sorry its vague but i can run wires to the sensor and just swap them around until they work if needed just need to make sure i am putting them in the correct positions before jumping in 2 footed.
