Mace
Right I have a uk spec supra that has previously been converted to single turbo so all the turbo stuff is missing. Anyway i'm trying to find all the parts I need to get it running, its going to run j spec turbos but has the 550 uk injectors. Cant find the resistor pack so I assume its missing? is it cheaper to get rid of the 550 and run jspec injectors? mellonman
why dont you put a single turbo back on ? or fit high impendance injectors ? i take it the ecu is missing also ?
Fly
i have some jspec side fed jets if you need. I think whifbitz do the resistor packs
Mace
why dont you put a single turbo back on ? or fit high impendance injectors ? i take it the ecu is missing also ? Cars just a cheapo track car not worth putting proper money into, May fit the high impedance injectors if its easier/cheaper. ECU looks to be the uk spec (part number has mostly rubbed off)

Fly
Might under fuel if you run a stock uk ecu as they should be 550s but they are here if req
mellonman
you need 550 injectors to run with that ecu high impendance without resistor pack or stock low if you are. firstly you need to source all the bits from a uk twin turbo going spare which might be a long wait, for the amount of effort i would contenplate going small single
Mace
is there a good place to get a reasonable price single turbo conversion? Your right about the UK TT stuff more hassle than its worth. Would be cheaper just to convert completely to Jspec?
mellonman
you would need the jspec ecu and maybe do a little wiring , i havent looked and the differances between the ecu pin outs so maybe a straight swop i dont know
