RastaMc
Hi guys. I've a question. I was thinking to replace my OEM BOV from mine VVTi engine for an aftermarket one. My preference goes to the Tial Q. The only reason is because I love the sound. Beside that I'll upgrade the engine in the future to run at 450-500HP, thus I was thinking to put a good one and make only one investment. Now is my question, what type of BOV should I put, in case it is possible. I've read and heard that at a standard vvti with twins it's better not to replace the OEM bov. I heard as well that the HKS Type 1 the perfect one is, because it has a recirculation needed for the MAF. Has anyone experience with this? paulj1
I think if you run a BOV on a vvti with stock ecu that it causes havoc
