TuneR
I am nearly done with BPU and i have a Blitz SBC ID3 boost controller which also shows your boost. Is there any need to get a seperate gauge? Cheers
Noz
Not unless you want twice the readings of the same value
supra_ufo
only if you want it to look cooler and match some other gauge
Rummy
Having an analogue gauge wouldn't hurt when it comes to fault finding
Guigsy
My boost guage on the boost controller is a pita to read. The numbers flash arround too quickly and the digital display isn't great in some light conditions.
Nic
An analogue boost gauge, in the line of sight whilst driving is useful for monitoring boost levels, especially if it has an overboost warning light and alarm. If you have an adjustable fuel cut defender set it to cut the fuel at 1.3bar. You will be able to view the peak boost figure on the boost controller, you could also set the over boost alarm on the boost controller.
