An analogue boost gauge, in the line of sight whilst driving is useful for monitoring boost levels, especially if it has an overboost warning light and alarm.

If you have an adjustable fuel cut defender set it to cut the fuel at 1.3bar.

You will be able to view the peak boost figure on the boost controller, you could also set the over boost alarm on the boost controller.
