LOGIE
Waxoyl is the way ahead, get the car up on ramps and blast any corrosion with high pressure air then go over everything with wire brushes then blast again, once satisfied waxoyl everything taking care to cover/avoid brake pads and discs. As for suspension it would be interesting to see which aftermarket coilovers are good quality when it comes to this.
Wez
I would just drop the sub frames and pick up some reasonable 2nd hand jobbies from Keron or other members braking a clean car
Guest Seoul4korea
Holy! How old is your car? I have a 91 with less rust then that.
kill1308
Holy corrosion batman !!! As others have said, while the car is off the road, get that sorted dude, then get it undersealed and check your brake lines as well !!
Chris Wilson
This is a prime example of why I have said, for all the years I have been on this forum, that they are total and utter junk!
Chris Wilson
You might want to clean up those wishbones to make sure they are sound, they look in a bad way too! I would get it cleaned and undersealed asap before the thinner metal has a chance to rust to badly I think that car is a bit beyond cleaning and undersealing A crusher may be a more suitable next step Wouldn't like to be the fella' taking much of that running gear apart....
