TheTurtleshead
Adam at least it might explain my dodgy emissions on the way down! On a serious note that thing is smokin' mate! Something is definitely not right there I hate to say… I have just been looking at yesterday's Go-Pro footage, and every time you lift off there's a nice big belt of blue. Looks like turbo's to me as that's what mine did when they needed a refurb.

Can you Put something online James, I checked the oil and it was fine.., also checked all over the engine and nothing leaking etc... Turbos got refurbed 12 months ago by CR Turbos... I'm guessing the timing belt would have been stretching and screwing with the timing. I'll get the belt sorted and see how it runs.. I'm guessing a shit load better! mellonman
I think this is only the second time I have heard of a belt failing, considering its a new toyota one aswell , did you change the tensioner when you changed it as the bearing could be shot causeing the belt to go? Probably the Chinese throwing star coming loose and "eating" the belt... I won't know until later, when I've taken it apart

Chris Wilson
If the light has been coming on there should be a fault code, or codes, stored. read them and post the results please.
