supra_ufo
I got my depo reacing boost gauge yesterday and attempted to install it by following this guide. http://mkiv.com/techarticles/boostguage/bg.htm I have tapped into the ashtray light as the thread explains however I have a red (positive) and orange remaining but I am unsure where to connect these wires to. Could I chop the connector on the clock wiring and tap into the wires on there, does anyone know specifically which one I can tap into? I think the orange one needs to go to the light dimming wiring but I have no idea which wire to connect to :-/ I have attached the instructions Appreciate any pointers, thanks. mattdavies
The orange is only if you want it to dim when the lights come on and the red will give you memory, I tapped all mine off the stereo wiring

shaz2010
I had the same problem so I used the clock connector as mine was a 50mm so fit nicely. Just try different ones and you will find it out. :bang:
