F**king Insurance!

Quick tip. When you're getting a quote and they ask if you've had other quotes - tell them yes. Give a low figure. 9 times out of ten they'll try to beat it or get near...

Lin did this when her existing policy went up. She told them that she'd had quotes from elsewhere and they dropped her renewal down to lower than last year!!!

I insured my UK Spec TT Auto with Lancaster as a classic car (any car over 10yrs old counts as a classic).

I was 22 with 1yrs ncb and it cost me £850 including 400bhp worth of mods.

I've now got an import na and still with lancaster it has gone down to dead on £800 full comp.

Sorted!

Must say that Sky have looked after me, have had good service from them so far.

RZ-S tt Jspec - no mods - fully comp etc, two hundred quid cheaper than Tescos!! £581 for the year. inc 90 days European cover.

£35 extra for certified replacement value.

Not too bad, ehh?

Think age and expirience does have a big part in the insurance game.

Called them on Wednesday and had a quote through the door on Thursday.

Looks like the same cover which I have with Tescos.

Bit of a 'no brainer' really....
