Gpro
I ended up mapping it myself on road using an AEM AFR gauge. but can't do ignition timing until i have some sort of way or detecting detonation

JamieP
Id try an bribe Ian C with a few 50's, failing that Thor will probably be your best bet.
TBDevelopments
bit of a drive but give Pip and WGT a call. he has done all our 2 wheel drive mapping for the past 10 years on everything we've built. I wanted him to do the 4x4 stuff as well but he only has a 2 dynopak setup, as hes an rx7 specialist but been mapping for over 35 years so experienced in all cars. All my stuff i take to him is toyota Tim
ballsdeep
Is there anywhere up north that does this? I can't justify doing a 500mile round trip to austec especially with my heavily pregnant gf if I missed that I would need to change my username to noballs!! Gpro
Thats the ennoying thing about the old emanage not a lot of people can map it! i had to teach myself to map just to map mine to get my afr back to where they belong after a single they where lean on boost. But i am next to clueless with timing Time to get a standalone and let ryan do what he does best

Lee P
It's not that people can't map it, its just they don't want to lol..... As Jamie said, give Ian C a try, he may be persuaded to help you out
Ian C
I got out of the mapping game, the cash was good but it got a bit stressy and at some point I felt I'd get "one of those" customers where everything that fell off the car afterwards was somehow my fault But I'm willing to help out if said £50's are waved in front of me
Tricky-Ricky
I got out of the mapping game, the cash was good but it got a bit stress and at some point I felt I'd get "one of those" customers where everything that fell off the car afterwords was somehow my fault But I'm willing to help out if said £50's are waved in front of me I agree with those sentiments wholeheartedly, i have done lot of servicing and repairs and there is always one, i have also been asked to map EMU but always declined despite the waving of readies, as there are too many variable's and you never know what gets added or changed, and the stress of being blamed for something thats nothing to do with you is just not worth aggravation. Ian C
I always kept, and still have today, all the datalogs and map iterations for every one I did. That way, I could offer it up to peer review if anyone got funny, and show it was running right when I left it As it happened, everyone I met was really nice and I never got any complaints, hurrah!
