Jord
Pmsl wish I had the money mate Or should I say not spent so much on mine In total £4000 including car What would I get for it now You are mad, it's a lovely car Go ask for a pay rise lol. You could get £4k for it if you hold out, you're more likely looking at £3500 though judging by the for sale section.

LOGIE
If I see an audi TT pass by I pay no attention, if I see a supra my eyes are fixed. Forget the fact that you have NA power and just enjoy the fact that you own a supra. Drive economically if need be
Guest White supra
I am bold as fuck mate so no chance there lol I have a ford puma sat doing nothing but Just rang insurance the supra is £400 a year A puma £650????? So no save there I will see how it goes if fuel gets to 1.40L I will Sell it for about £3500
TubbyTwo
On a serious note, if you cant afford the fuel for 3l NA I wouldn't be looking at any petrol turbos. I had a Seat Leon Cupra R before the supra, remapped to 280hp. used to cost me £45+ a week in fuel plus on average another £30 to £60 a month to replace the coilpacks it kept blowing. My auto TT Supra costs me £50 a week so hardly any difference, sometimes less if I'm just crusing at 50 -60mph. Problem is if you like to squeeze the loud pedal alot its going to cost! My Passat TDi gets filled up once every 5 to 6 weeks now £80 600+ miles, depending on what the car is and the other costs you can save some money but not loads. insurance on the TDi is £230 a year, Supra probably about £350 to £400 once insured again without commuting. was paying £640 fully comp for the Supra as a daily so only savings are on fuel really. Guest White supra
To be fair mate 8 mile round trip I do ride When the sun is out so not that much lol Can't do it in bad weather get covered in shit And guys its not that I can't afford the fuel it's that I don't have the power to warrant the fuel cost in my eyes But like you say I can turbo it so need to start saving My last car was a skyline cost more to run but had the power and I did not mind
TubbyTwo
If it was me I would sell the NA, buy a run around then look for a TT auto as a second car. Should be able to pick one up for £4500 to £5k these days. Gigsy is selling his UK spec for £5500.
Lbm
Hi White Supa and welcome to the club. Watch the swearing please By the way, I drive a TT and don't worry about being at the lights and pulling away. No one knows whether I'm an N/A a TT or even Single turbo. I don't care
Guest White supra
I no this is off topic But japfest I want to drive my supra there But last year did you guys see the cops taking cars off the road And getting people to rip there sun strips off Window tints I watched two cars get impounded For decats and undeclared mods My insurance no about all my mods but I had I had to take me supra for mot last week she passed BUT he did not have to do a cat test I did ask Why not he said something to do with it been a import And was not classed as a passenger vehicle ? But he said I should fail it for the exhaust New law means it can't be louder than stock exhaust So I don't no if they could take my car full decats And tints lol

Lbm
Sorry bud Bad up bringing lol Don't no I am doing it half the time No problem and enjoy the club. As I said I do have a TT but like Supra Star 3000 or Ed as he likes to be called, I also run a 2nd car. She's a 1997 Astra tdi bought for £700, 5 years ago. I get a very solid 50mpg. For me, it's cheaper to run 2 cars than just the Supra. It's down to your annual mileage really.
