Guest White supra
I no what your saying I love looking at it Gets looks all the time and photos lol But I don't have the power you tt guys have nor the money To turbo it So getting board with the power it has and the big fuel bill And think the audi is more easy to get more power From
JasonR24
To answer your question.... Yes you are MAD. If you trade a supra for an ugly looking women's Audi.... Also your supra looks amazing
Guest White supra
By TT I meant TwinTurbo!lol! Pmsl wish I had the money mate Or should I say not spent so much on mine In total £4000 including car What would I get for it now
Pulley
i think the supra 2jzge engine is easily the better engine and the supra wins in looks , just go NA-T , isnt as expensive as you may think although wotever you choose, more power will mean more fuel (i know the supra is heavier)
Guest White supra
It would cost around £2000 I think to turbo it And will never have two grand lol I think if you have the power you don't mind the fuel bill But when I don't it plays on your mind
Guigsy
think youguys are missing the point. him going na-t isnt going to help his fuel bill.. which is what is making him want the audi...
DaveR
Yes. Yes you are. Don't do it.
Guest White supra
Yes bud but you have 600 bhp by the look of it And I have a massive 160bhp I bet lol
Ross C
Supra everyday of eternity over an Audi TT. Your car looks great and I want the steering wheel
Slutters
Be VERY careful with the Audi TT! They have a major issue that will make you wish you had kept the Supra and turbo'd it! You see, the seats are always worn out through having so many pairs of scissors cutting into them......
Westy
£4k including the car...that's cheap cheap!!!!
Dnk
If the fuel is killing you then you need to be looking at a 2.0 TDi or similar if you 'want to actually notice the difference. Can't see it being much cheaper to run the Audi to be honest
hackin_n_bashin
Don't, just don't. My 3.2 TT lasted 3 weeks, promised so much, delivered far too little. Keep the supra, buy a bike, take the bus if you have to, just don't get the Audi.
Guest White supra
Well you guys have done the job I just grabbed the keys been for a drive And she is staying with me I need a paper round so I can save for a turbo lol
SupraStar 3000
Or,... option 3 (what i did) Keep the Supra (declare SORN) Buy a second car for daily driving (something rubbish that will cost nothing) When you can afford to, put the NA back on the road and NA-T or buy a TT
JasonR24
Well you guys have done the job I just grabbed the keys been for a drive And she is staying with me I need a paper round so I can save for a turbo lol Tbh if you want a turbo then selling yours and getting a TT for 5k+ is your best bet there are some great examples on the forum that come up for sale for around that money. Yours could sell for 4k as you aren't in a rush then just save 1.5k and you'll be sorted
Fizzy T
I bought a bike to save fuel and ride to work. I hate the bike and a pedal snapped off a week into its use...I still drive the Supra TT to work lol If I had a garage closer to home I'd store the Supra and buy something more economical for commuting but I can't not drive my Supra now I own one. Dnk
By the time you've bought something else, taxed, insured it and added it's running costs for the year would you actually save any money ? I doubt its worth doing Edited May 8, 2013 by Dnk (see edit history)
TubbyTwo
I thought audi tt's were reserved for estate agents, women and queers?

I doubt its worth doing WRONG! I ran some real rust buckets to keep the supra feasible. My current runabout is a Micra. Cost me £160 to insure, nothing to service as I do that, and £25 a week in fuel The car cost me £200 about 18months ago.. Before that I've driven a fiat Uno45 I bought for £150 and lasted 2 years, sold it for £50. I've had citroen saxo too that cost me £200 and is still going (dad has it). All these cars I could service myself and sailed through MOTs
