add heywood
Do people recommend to run these with carbon bonnets...? Mine seems to flex and move at speed and its quite unnerving. The bonnet locks are fine and work as they should, as does the catch. I just really don't want to start cutting holes in a bonnet that costs a lot of money... chris0132
I would if I was you mate better to be safe than sorry I had a bonnet fly up once luckily it didn't do too much damage
safcdixon
Better to have a bonnet in one piece with the aerocatches fitted than have a bonnet splattered all over the M6 with bits of your roof, spoiler and windscreen wedged in it Racecar look ftw
supra joe
Yes bud get them fitted or it could prove to be an expensive and dangerous lesson !
k2supra
I run them on my '11 STI and it has a full carbon hood and they add extra security to the hood, I even cut off my latch connection since they are typically prone to failure anyways
Carbon_Bullet
I'll be fitting some to mine, like others said, safe rather than sorry!
