Is it just the cat replacement pipe youve fitted or is it the manifold and decat in 1 version?

berg
I have the exact same decat on mine What gaskets did you use as there are no gaskets supplied with the first decat (mine werent anyway) First time i fitted it i sized up some gaskets from mates work and fitted them and had the exact same noise you describe Took it off and used loctite 5920 on every joint on the whole exhaust and it has queitened down loads but i do still hear the noise

Guest White supra
Lol mate I did the same got some more new gaskets Then tryed exhaust paste The noise comes from the pipe without the flex part in it Must be the flow of exhaust gas or somthing then
berg
Yer im thinking the same, ive had my whole exhaust and both decats off twice now and resealed with no real change Just fitted a 3" catback though so that does drown it out a bit
