Mines is the same on the front, it's wearing faster on the front than it is the mid and outer sections

I'm wanting to drop mines a little and put neg. camber on tho

Am I right in thinking to keep the fronts flush and camber the rears? Or can you camber all way round

Being in mind I want to still have the performance, I'm not looking for some of the crazy things you see nowadays...or maybe... :p

So they are already wearing fast on the inners but you want more negative camber!?

That'll make them even worse mate!?

Meant cambering the rears, the fronts need straightened or adjusted enough to stop the excess wear...catch me now :)?

Full geo he charged me £225 then told me the car was pretty much close to a fast road set up so only needed a tweak. A lad in the same street was charged £475 for fitting braided brake lines to his type R. I won't be back to him again he's a Robbin coont.

Fixed for you ;) :p

You bed to buy one first!:p

I had the same on the rears Westy mate. Ridiculous neg camber and the tread went down to around 2mm after less than 2,500 miles from new, whilst the rest of the tyre remained at a healthy 5mm! Get it sorted mate.

On it!

Sounds like a plan :)

And Bear, do it!! Do it! Do it!

If you decide to sell those Volks Westy then give me a shout. I'm very much considering going for a wheel/tyre setup the same as that on mine.

Will do....not sure if I will sell though.

Car is booked into Kenny Brown on Tuesday and as per only one of the tyres I ordered has showed up!!! I hate couriers!

Car was in for a full alignment today at Kenny Brown in Hillington, Glasgow. Cost me £144 inc VAT, but he did say this was purely down to the amount of labour time they had to put in as the numbers were all over the place!

When I left this morning at 0930hrs:

I asked for the before and after numbers so here they are:

Got the car home now and does feel tighter in the corners but there was too many "Sunday drivers" holding me up to give it a true test. Kenny himself seems a pretty genuine chap and even offered to look over the suspension on the black car for free if I pop back in...there was even a guy camping outside this morning that had come from up north to have Kenny set up his car, so don't know where the bad rep comments have stemmed from!?
