Need some help fast, how to remove the bracket on Aircon Pump

Right I have got the pump off and removed the front screw, but the pulley won't shift

 

Are there any tricks, am I missing something

 

I have even given it a fair few whacks with a hammer, but it hasn't moved from what I can see

 

Help please the cars in the air in loads of bits and I still have a load of other jobs to do before I can put it back together again

Page AC34 the special tool 07112-66040 is 'just' a screw and by screwing it in it draws the pressure plate off.....It's so long ago I can't remember the type of thread needed but I think it was a regular size maybe even able to use an engine bay bolt...

Page AC-32 has a good diagram

Well just tried that and it hasn't moved, but the bolt snapped off for me, so now I'm screwed
