DodgyRog Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 Right I have got the pump off and removed the front screw, but the pulley won't shift Are there any tricks, am I missing something I have even given it a fair few whacks with a hammer, but it hasn't moved from what I can see Help please the cars in the air in loads of bits and I still have a load of other jobs to do before I can put it back together again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Scooter Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 Page AC34 the special tool 07112-66040 is 'just' a screw and by screwing it in it draws the pressure plate off.....It's so long ago I can't remember the type of thread needed but I think it was a regular size maybe even able to use an engine bay bolt...
