markssupra
This turned up in the post today, nice shiny Snap-On TechWrench digital Torque wrench, thought I would treat the engine to some proper nut tightening Apparently it also makes tea. Callaway Motorsport
Unfortunately it does not include the surround, its fixed on the total centre console (unless you want to pay $2400) I can also get any other parts, incl rubber start buttons which the Gallardo Super Trofeo has. https://scontent-a-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc3/1464687_650707194973258_2126715860_n.jpg https://scontent-b-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn2/1459214_650707204973257_1364074456_n.jpg https://scontent-b-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc3/1463602_650707218306589_1779411154_n.jpg

markssupra
Managed to get a few more bits done while the cars away at DAW. Had all the front suspension arms and subframe parts powdercoated or shotblasted. Tidied up the front hubs and checked the bearings. Started installing all the new R2 bushes. Should manage to get the front suspension completely rebuilt by the time the cars back from DAW, and get it back on the car so its off the garage floor. Whats that you're pressing into the arm? Does the bush kit require some sort of sleeve to be pressed in?

markssupra
Wish I had time to refurbish my subframe before the engine goes in, they will make all the difference when they're finished good work! This was a job I was planning to do a while back but never got round to it, I rebuilt the rear suspension about 3 years ago and that made a big difference. Wow, those suspension arms came out alright didn't they. Whats that you're pressing into the arm? Does the bush kit require some sort of sleeve to be pressed in? Very pleased with the finish on them, better than I expected tbh. Thats one of the outer steel sleeves, then the poly bush goes in and finally the inner steel bush. Pretty easy to do as long as its all clean. Mark you need this diffuser bro!! fresh lick of paint and the arse end will look mustard mate! I'm still not sure if I want it mate, I will look at it again when the paints on the car Inner steel bush going inside the polybush. Regreasing the ball joints after a very thorough clean, then fixing the boot with a wire wrap. Upper arm bushes installed and ready to fit.
