You could always take it to a friendly dyno place and get the figure you want with out paying anything other then the power run, you are at the limit of what you can do without spending a large chunk of cash,

Injectors will be needed for anything over 500

Turbos will be needed very shorty after if you try and gain the power by upping the boost 1.4 is the real limit for long life but 1.5 they could die very quickly and as they are only stage 1 I would say they would make more heat hen power over 1.4

Turbo, manifold, down pipe, breather set up, oil and other fuel lines, mapping ,

Add it all up and then add labour and after all of it you spent £xxxx for a car thats not as good to drive.

My point is if you like and enjoy how your car runs now dont get hung up on the numbers and let the recent power run slide

Longer duration, higher lift cams will give you more mid to upper rpm power at the expense of a little low down response. In256/ex264 is regarded as a good setup for stock/hybrid turbos, you will need the ECU remapped to get the best out of the cam swap, don't expect big gains (possibly 20-25hp) you'll feel it when the 2nd turbo comes online and it should pull to the rev limit with less drop off in power. The 550cc injectors should be sufficient.

If you want a true 500+hp then you really need to dump the sequential turbos and fit a small single turbo but this will cost you many £k's to do properly.

Rubbish! You'd notice the gains.

Another thing to consider is a set of 650cc drop in

Low down response will be affected a little but it should pull harder when the 2nd turbo kicks in, it's a lot of money though for only moderate gains.

550cc injectors will be sufficient if he's keeping the hybrid turbos.

I believe in starting with upgrading the electronic first as this allows you to use max all you have. A Syvecs ECU would be the best start , you can make the best of the OEM setup and then upgrade as you need , lf you add up all the other bits and add-ons that you can get to make the car run better then you are back to the price of a Syvecs ,

1. Syvecs

2. Fuel regulator

3. Fuel pump

4. Injectors and rail kit

5. Clutch

6. Turbo

7. Intercooler
