listy
I'll reserve judgement until Toyota make an official press release, but the power plant sounds GOOOOOOD http://www.automoblog.net/2013/03/31/the-mkv-supra-is-finally-here/#u3WPa3zFUrrPIFAv.

listy
That article is absolute crap. Hence why I'm not listening to it unless its from Toyota themselves. I just liked the sound of a 3JZ-GTE
Kirk
Seriously...? people still fall for this nonsense?
Twisted
I doubt a new supra would look like that anyway. Looks too concept car and those types of cars are never seen.
drift_bear
The sound of a 3JZ sounds bad ass! I seen this link on Danes Facebook earlier

johnny g
Haha a 3JZ! If/when Toyota do that, I can see them going to a 3SGTE style setup with 4 cyl turbo engine and some kind of hybrid power. I6 would be nice, but packaging that would be tough in todays market, so I'm guessing it's a V6 or I4 of 2.5-3.0ltr displacement.
AJI
They wouldn't make it 4WD/AWD would they? What is the point in making something similar to the GTR? Customers want a range of options to suit their driving styles, making it ADW/4WD only targets the GTR crowd and not the people who want a RWD GT car. Has to be RWD Inline 6. Porsche have stuck with that and so should Toyota with the supra. Also I agree a 3JZ sounds awesome

I really can't see Toyota offering a 4WD version since Toyoda decided the GT86 was a good idea, but saying that, it's incredibly difficult to package a RWD hybrid sports car. This is why the new NSX will be 4WD. - - - Updated - - - This! If people want a GTR they will go buy one. Has to be RWD Inline 6. Porsche have stuck with that and so should Toyota with the supra.
