s50b30
he thinks jamie put his car on the dyno then hid it away..... Just saying there is a diffrence between a car thats on full throttle for 10 seconds, and a car thats on full throttle several laps. Have these fans been tried out woth a shroud? And any info on how much amp i draws? Edited March 29, 2013 by s50b30 (see edit history)

Philly_1 Lex
Another option is the PHR IS300 Twin Fan kit and shroud. Expensive bit though.

thetrashcanman
Have anyone here tried them? Seriously dude if you don't want to run the stock fan setup go with the SRD one for the money you pay for it, it really is an awesome bit of kit, as others have said JamieP had it on his car and he abused the crap out of the car, on the road/track dyno, drifting etc. I can name you plenty of other cars/Supras it's used/been used on if you like. s50b30
Ok. Srd it is then. Are people useing these on stock alternator?
Chris Bailey
Ok. Srd it is then. Are people useing these on stock alternator? Yeah stock alternator is fine - An uprated one would be ideal because it wont draw as much power to run the fans. But the stock alternator is more than fit for the job.
