Robert Posted August 16, 2005 Share Posted August 16, 2005 hi guys, i was looking about my engine bay today and ive noticed that lately there is a hose leaking a clear fluid on to my engine cover. Everytime i start her up and go for a drive it starts to leak, i have a UK spec TT by the way. anyone have any ideas what is leaking and what that hose is for? Jake Posted August 16, 2005 Share Posted August 16, 2005 Yeah it's a right bugger to get the hose off the metal pipe. I cut my thumb TWICE trying to get mine off. The grips kept slipping causing me to bash my hand into the engine hoist hook. I think I've got a spare pair of those hoses from a 30,000 mile engine if you want them Rob.
