Guest Malachi
okay , cut to the chase , I found out that my water valve on top of my heater radiator is leaking , I have already ordered a water valve , but I wasnt sure if the air mix servo motor is working , so I took my dash back in and hook up the essential plugs and installed the air condition cluster instruments , and have it running only on battery , cause my radiator hose was disconnected , so I couldnt start the car , but by playing around with the switches , I didnt see any movement on the air mix servo motor and air outlet motor , I couldnt get the air vent mode to work .... I am really running out of ideas how to fix this thing , please help ~ so frustrated that I have went such a extent stripping out the dash which is such a pain , and now , more problems....... jagman
Going to have to put the air con in the diagnosis check mode then carry out the actuator check
Guest Malachi
I just manual test one of the servo with a battery , it works fine , I did the diagnostic test , I got -Air mix damper position sensor value does not change even if A/C amplifier signals the air mix damper control servo motor to operate -Air outlet damper position sensor value does not change even if A/C amplifier signals the air outlet damper control servo motor to operate -open or short in evaporator temp sensor circuit -open or short in engine coolant temp sensor circuit -open/short in solar sensor circuit how do you then complete those open sensor circuit ? but then I wouldnt think a few sensors gonna stop the whole operations of the servos
jagman
All those failures are common to the amplifier -sure its plugged in properly ?
