Guest RemzRR
Signed up to Most of the Supra Forums I understand this forum is based mostly in Europe I'm guessing Had a 91 300ZXTT Aztec Red and I sold her for financial reasons Been itching to get in the game now. My Daily Driver is a 07 Acura RL I was set in 4 choices in getting a project car. 85-87 Buick Grand National (Cheaper Parts, Menacing Look, Poor Handling and not modern) 91-96 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo (Great Looks, Cheap Motors $1,800, V6 Motor is a bitch to work on) 91-98 Toyota Supra Turbo/NA with Swap (Cheap Reliable Motors, Brand New Toyota Shortblock is $2,200, Expensive Car, OEM Getrag is $6k) 92-2000 Nissan Skyline GT-S/GT-R (Live in Florida so easier to get around the cracks for registration even though not federally legal, Expensive, GT-R motors oil Issues) Out of those 4 choices I am moving forward and plan on buying a Supra Currently have my CCNA certification and working on getting my CCNP Route/Switch this year which should open up opportunities for me. In preparation I have been building up my toolbox. My Plans are -Tools, Tools, Tools (Plan on rebuilding motor myself but of course sending out to machine shop for Bore etc) -Better credit to get a specialty loan -Buy a low mileage (under 90K) Supra Turbo or Clean Na for the Swap -End Goal 600HP which is double than what I am used to Acura RL is 300HP/300ZXTT is 300hp as well no crazy 800-1000hp undriveable dyno queen Supra for me Had a couple questions for the forum members Whats the hardest part in rebuilding these motors?
