T14PPA Posted March 8, 2013 Share Posted March 8, 2013 I have got a fuel pressure regulator and im unsure how to fit it. Heres the fpr I thought i have to put an adapter where the original is. Connect from the adapter to the side nipple on fpr. And join the bottom nipple to the stock pipe that was conected to the old fpr. Am i corrct? Kits are normally supplied with an adapter that replaces the stock rail return, this goes to the input port on the reg (normally on the side), the output (normally on the bottom) is then routed back to the tank. Well since I am running 590hp with a stock reg and 650cc drop ins I would say you are prob fine, the only fuel system mods I have are injectors and pump, everything else is stock including fuel pulsation dampner which I keep meaning to replace but never got round to it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Slutters Posted March 31, 2013 Share Posted March 31, 2013 You brought one of those cheap chiense FPR's? I would change that mate I fitted a Aeromotive one as you know your getting a good product. Remember mate, if that goes wrong thats high pressure fuel spraying into your engine, or running lean and melting something.
