Bill Prawn
What is the cap with the H on it for? Just to the left of the radiator tank and the right of the horn. Probably very obvious but........

TrickTT
FYI the low pressure port is at the back, by the bulkhead under the inlet manifold. has a similar grey cap with an L on it.
Bill Prawn
There's a high pressure port...H and a low pressure port...L All very well and good, but to a numpty. What are they for and how do they work?
merckx
Your air conditioning bloke will use them when filling up with new refrigerant. There's a viewing window on the H one, you can see bubbles moving etc so you can determine if it's working or not, needs filling up etc.
carl0s
interesting.. my aircon man couldn't see the Low pressure port, and said he could work without it anyway but it was unusual, although not necessarily problematic, to not have one.
