SamuraiFlash
I'm gutted that I won't see her again however I'm pleased that you have managed to sell her. What's next GTR, Lexus ISF or Gallardo? Edited March 1, 2013 by SamuraiFlash (see edit history)
Dnk
I think you should pop up and see me Dunk, one last nice drive. I'll get some nice pics of the old girl before she departs. I'll even get Helen to put the kettle on for you lol. That's very tempting Paul What ever you do DON'T TAKE IT OUT!! I am telling you once you are out in it, enjoying the driving, all the people giving you admiring galances, not seeing another Supra on the road you will realise what a mistake you have done. When you get your new car and it will just become a run of the mill car, which blends in with everything else on the road! I know but its time to move on and doubt my Gallardo will blend in that much hope you stay on the forum to give me advice about my car issues lol I'll still be on here to help, annoy, take the pee etc etc i said bye bye to mine once but then i bought another I've done it before too also with a Black UK spec I'm gutted that I won't see her again however I'm pleased that you have managed to sell her. What's next GTR or Gallardo? When do want these wheels ? my mother wants her garage back
Abz
I know but its time to move on and doubt my Gallardo will blend in that much Gallardo? Then you'll be fine!! Plus they set themselves on fire so if the sexy looks don't bring attention the flames surely win!
Dnk
Gallardo? Then you'll be fine!! Plus they set themselves on fire so if the sexy looks don't bring attention the flames surely win! To be honest i don't know what i'm doing car wise, i was looking at Q7's & RR sports and sell my Landcruiser as well as the supra. I'd love something silly for a while but my old sensible head is winning all the battles at the moment

I'd love something silly for a while but my old sensible head is winning all the battles at the moment I think sometimes it is good to maybe take a break, personally think you should get a RR Sports, you have done the reliable super car and reliable 4X4. If I brought the RR it would purely because the interior is a lovely place to be in and the smooth comfy ride and general looks of the car. Havard
Shame to see it leaving the country mate, but glad it has sold for you. I'd be taking it out for a spin! This. Drive it like you've sold it Dunk. I keep thinking about letting ours go but there nothing I could replace it with that is less than £30K. James
Congratulations on the potential sale! Whoever is coming to see it would be silly to pass it up - beautiful example. I hope you manage to find something you cherish as much as a replacement! I know I'd struggle - like H says especially - to do so at less than £30k or thereabouts! pjavon
Tempting mate, very tempting I should be back for about 12.30 as long as the mountain doesn't kill me;). If you feel like it tomorrow give me a call buddy.

Afraid the cars trapped in the garage by my mates recovery wagon and he's gone out for the day so looks like i'll have to pass mate, enjoy the mountain
Dnk
The cars just been valeted and i've gone round all the fluid levels, tyre pressures and checked all the lights, swtches etc are are working. In twelve years i've never had to replace a bulb on it but tonight it blew a main beam bulb !!! Took it out for its last run today and made sure the second turbo was coming online when it should Spoke to the buyer and its looking like he could be over on Thursday or Friday this week. j_jza80
It's the end of an era for me too I signed up on the 'other' forum over 8 years ago, and straight away yours was one of my favourite cars.

Cheers mate that's nice of you to say that and glad others liked it as well as me. One thing i wish i'd done is to have taken it across Europe and got down a few of the mountain pass's, oh well
