Technical information on supra power fc needed

Recommended Posts

Been after a power fc for a while for my Supra.

Its a 2jz-gte, stock TT with 6spd.

I'm looking at an item with serial number PFC JZA80 A0005 on an AP-Engineering sticker. It comes with a wiring harness, and apparently has a 2jzgte chipset sticker.

Will this work all ok with my car? information i'm finding says it will, the owner had it running on a 1jz so maps been played with but being the 2jz chipset i should be able to just "intialize" the ecu to put it back to factory settings and the 2jz layout i'm assuming.

One thing i can't seem to find alot of information on working with TT sequential or not. It appears that its made for this car with TT but few people on the net saying it will only work with a single setup and not sequential, has to be converted to true TT. Yet another forum someone is saying they have found a setting on the commander to swap between TTC and sequential at a On/Off Function

so a bit confused.

got lots of power fc experience just not with the supra.

Any information would be great. Thanyou
