Caesard
Just wanted to know if anyone has run these shoes on their supra and whether they will clear UK brakes. Since my accident, looking for new wheels and want to buy these ones http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=140913753869 Cheers Edited February 19, 2013 by Caesard (see edit history)

Swampy442
What brakes have you got, J specs? Unless the offset is very low I doubt you'd clear UK spec or larger callipers, due to the flat design of the centres.
Westy
Bit expensive are they not!?

Swampy442
Aah I had different Viennas in mind, theyre the Vienna Courage, you might be OK with clearance then.
Justin Bieber
I think you'll struggle with caliper clearance if you have UK Spec brakes, and actually with clearance under the arch, my GTC's (9" +42) rub on the brembo calipers, which I believe are slighty smaller than UK fronts, so I had to use a 15mm spacer, and now they extend out past the arch, 9.5" + 12 will need a lot of arch work imo. Caesard
Yah, i have UK brakes all round, and Tein coilovers. Is anything wrong with running 18 front and 19 rears? Will put 295s on the back Also, will i need archwork?
safcdixon
Nice dish on those rears, not a fan of the shiney shiney though

Wait 9.5" +12 will come out 24.5mm more than your GTCs with spacers and the shape of alloys look good so id reckon they'd fit over the brakes imo. Yah, i have UK brakes all round, and Tein coilovers. Is anything wrong with running 18 front and 19 rears? Will put 295s on the back Also, will i need archwork? Those front tyres will be very stretched on those front but you might be ok with the archs with them. Rears will definately need work. for reference sake- Rim width---Min tyre width----Ideal tyre width-------Max tyre width 7.0 inches-----195 mm--------205 or 215 mm-----------225 mm 7.5 inches-----205 mm--------215 or 225 mm-----------235 mm 8.0 inches-----215 mm--------225 or 235 mm-----------245 mm 8.5 inches-----225 mm--------235 or 245 mm-----------255 mm 9,0 inches-----235 mm--------245 or 255 mm-----------265 mm 9.5 inches-----245 mm--------255 or 265 mm-----------275 mm 10.0 inches----255 mm--------265 or 275 mm-----------285 mm 10.5 inches----265 mm--------275 or 285 mm-----------295 mm 11.0 inches----275 mm--------285 or 295 mm-----------305 mm 11.5 inches----285 mm--------295 or 305 mm-----------315 mm 12.0 inches----295 mm--------305 or 315 mm-----------325 mm 12.5 inches----305 mm--------315 or 325 mm-----------335 mm As for the profile you want to keep the rolling radius as close to stock as possible.
