Mariusz
I cleaned the Supe today and tried some TFR ( Tarmac film remover ) , , came up real nice! Seems to be good stuff!! Not sure if its good for long term / frequent use. Anyone else used this?
shaz2010
I use it on my alloys but never used it on the paint work ! I don't think it should be left on the paint for to long am sure it can damage it
Mariusz
The TFR was mixed in a solution in the spray cleaner and jet washed straight off. Deo won't be using this regularly as i'm sure it would cause the paint to fade. Used as a one off to get rid of all the grime. I'm sure it will be fine. FOSTA
I use it on my alloys but never used it on the paint work ! I tried to polish it out but with no luck. I think If I got it detailed it most likly would of polished out but I just ended up getting it mostly re-sprayed anyways to freshen the car up
peter richards
only ever use it on the lower panels , spray it on and PW off , dont leave it and on hot days better off not using it , if it dries its a pita plus it will streak
Mariusz
Won't be using that again
Dnk
I have just bought autosmarts TFR and they tell me its fine to use on any part of a car. I imagine like most things there's good and bad so you can't really generalise as not all TFR's will be the same

Dim Sum
Most of your cheap £5.00 car wash uses TFR and for that reason alone and a few other reason I never use those cheap car washes. Also I guess it depends on your ratio when mixing TRF and water. But I guess like anything be cautious on using certain car prodcuts.
