In my mind, its: Getrag 6 speed box 6 speed bell housing? 6 speed clutch 6 speed flywheel Would I need different props/driveshaft? abtin90 Posted February 6, 2013 Share Posted February 6, 2013 There is no cutting of tunnel and master cylinder and pedals are already there, so you'd just need to swap out the box with the clutch and flywheel along with the 6 speed prop and diff. Herb Posted February 6, 2013 Share Posted February 6, 2013 This thread is interesting! The getrag doesn't have a detachable bellhousing like the W58 I think. There are also some people out there that just swapped the gearbox itself and kept the A01A/B diff by adapting the front propshaft of the 6 Speed to the rear propshaft of the W58. With the 4.08 gearing of the A01 diff the gears of the V160/161 get a little shorter, but I think not that short. The 6 Speed NAs had a 3.7 gearing, so the difference will be about 10mph top speed.
