scunner
Just had more good news regarding my suspention setup!! After having to buy new springs for my bilsteins due to sagging at the front, Ive also been told my rear toe and camber bolts will need replaced also!! I had only just paid to get my geo done a month or so ago at a £200 cost, just to hit a dreaded pothole and screw it all up. If anyone has had to replace these I would really appreciate any input. Are these a toyota only part? Does anyone have any idea on the cost to replace these? Im trying to keep the costs from increasing too much. bignum
Good luck getting the old ones out if they`re seized, its a major pita job and easier to remove the complete subframe i find.

Dnk
If their seized you could possibly have torn bushes as well and then its either new arms or poly bushes which some say are great and some don't. If their not seized then i don't see why you'd need new ones as they can be cleaned up quite easily with a wire wheel, greased up and refitted. I've just done this on my 12 yr old Landcruiser but the bolts eventually moved and came out the bushes fairly easily so was a simple fix and you can buy o/e bushes for that, all the original bushes were torn due to the bolts being seized

pedrosixfour
Isn't one of your adjusters a toe adjuster ? Tis Dunk, No.2, judging by the diagram is the toe adjuster. But it's described as camber adjuster No.2 on Toyodiy and I always pass on the info as it is written so it isn't diluted by me and my interpretation of the material. I'm not to educated on suspension components so have no idea why they would need done. He basically just called me this morning and said I would need to get them as they were seized solid the last time. Ill need to call him back and find out the specific parts he was looking for anyway, if not all.
Dnk
The only reason you'd replace them is if there seriously corroded or you have to cut them to remove the suspension arm, you still then have to get the adjuster out of the bush and if they are that bad and have been seized for some time the bushes are usually shot as well.
