johnny g
Which auto diff has you used in your workings Johnny? A UK 3.538 or jspec 3.769? Jspec, matey.
johnny g
That is true actually, the JSpec Auto means that 1st gear maxes out at 30mph. A V160 with the same diff is 37mph. It's a big difference.
Wez
Yes of course full auto mode Manual mode and a sport mode. Will be very interesting to see how this performs once its mapped with the launch and traction strategies coupled with auto shifting, should make for quite rapid acceleration, it certainly works very well in the GTRs and alike

Lee P
Ryan did some mapping on the car yesterday at SRR, very happy with the results so far. I'm going over there tomorrow to do some road tweaking, looking forward to driving it to see what it's like.

Luxluc
I think the 6262 won't push a lot more on pump fuel.
Burna
The autobox is definitely on my want list.
Lee P
I thought you was going to up it once the new box was in ? The turbo won't run anymore, it's rated to 600hp but spools very fast
Fitz
How did the tweaking go today Lee?
EdMorris
I like that. Appears to shift when you ask it to. Is that to do with the box or does the syvecs help. Is the box quiet, no drivetrain noise?
Lee P
How did the tweaking go today Lee? Yeah good, the gear changes are phenomenally fast, slightly quicker than a GTR on the up change and quicker on the down change. Last bit to do now is smooth out the low down gear changes. It's quite harsh at the moment. We need to borrow an ISF for a day and do a bit of R&D So if anyone has one would be handy I like that. Appears to shift when you ask it to. Is that to do with the box or does the syvecs help. Is the box quiet, no drivetrain noise? No it's mostly to do with the gearbox, very modern box.
