It's perfectly fine to run on a base map on a piggy back system aslong as you stay off boost. Your just running off you factory settings when cruising. I drove mine for about a month on a base map and my A/F was perfect off boost and it ran like a dream. Also hodge drove his on a base map and he spent ££$£££££££ on his build. But he knows its fine too.
