supra_ufo
Can anyone tell me if its worth paying the extra for Silicone hoses compared to the Toyota OEM ones? I have had a quote from Toyota and they charge £16.82 for the INLET Hose and £17.65 for the OUTLET. I am not sure if this is made out of silicone or just rubber? Guigsy
But in seriousness. Silicone looks nicer. The Toyota ones seem to sag a bit. Some people prefer the look of silicone. That's about it.

Dnk
As long as you buy good quality silicon hoses then yes in my opinion, i've had a silicon top rad hose on my car for several years now and its never had an issue, i think it needs to be 3 ply or more though.
