i had to use mine as it started snowing on my way home, i know i have terrible tires from the import but ended up sliding down the road at 20' angle at 15mph with all 4 wheels locked and abs going stupid....

 

Nope, you are just a terrible driver ;)

 

.....Some rather nice controlled slides here and there :D

They're abit of a mix from what I can gather westy, still decent tread on them mind so hopefully should help. All A roads to work so isn't an issue

 

I've been thinking of getting a set of winter tyres for my stock 17s and using them when the weather is like this!

I fitted Toyo SnowProx last Fiday, good timing really. They worked well on the drive from Rugby to Birmingham on Friday but in two minds whether to drive back to Rugby for work in the morning. I may have grip but there is plenty of people that don't and don't see why I should put myself and car at risk.
