Stereo & Cigerette lighter loom

Ive been looking at electrical diagrams but as mentioned before I havent a clue when it comes to elctricals. I need to connect my stereo up properly as there is no wiring for it and thought there must be part of a loom that plugs into one or two of the connector blocks on the left side of the transmission tunnel. At the moment my stereo is wired completely wrong by a previous owner and has wires T'd into other parts of the loom all over the place and it just looks horrible.

Also I need to connect my cigerette lighter up for a satnav asap as there is no wiring for this what so ever. Is there a cable for this that plugs in somewhere?

Thanks.

did it not have an iso block that the current head unit is plugged into?

No there was just a few little wires that I connected too for power and had to cut the block off and twist the wires toether for the speakers. I think someone said there should be a bit of loom that plugs into one of the white connectors at the back?

Ahh, that makes it a little complicated for you, I had the iso adapter and used it to plug it into the normal loom plugs so no messing with the wires apart from for the amp and sub.

I know and also looks very messy. Do you know whats suppose to plug into the white connector block on the left of the trans tunnel? I think theres three and its the one at the back with nothing plugged in.
