BaileySupra
No....... Basically what would be involved converting to a TT?
Dnk
Dropping another GE engine in there is your cheapest option, rebuilding yours is a non starter.
skippyboyo1
what would be involved converting to a TT? Do a search mate, your options are reacement na engine and go turbo to an na-t or get a tt lump. Personally I'd wack another na engine in and leave it job done! That's assuming your engine has gone! Have you had a professional look at it yet?
BaileySupra
No I haven't had time I don't finish work till 5:30pm it will be at weekend I think. Is it a hassle dropping a GTE into an N/A?
Josh42
If you end up replacing the engine, I have a 140,000km NA lump complete with loom, intake manifold, distributor cap, leads and a recently changed Cambelt. £100.
Dnk
Bargin, you couldn't buy the cap and leads for that

My car has only done 80,000km mate I'd want something with a little less mileage Thanks for the offer though!
Dnk
Well if i had an NA i'd buy it as a spare, its crazy how little these fetch when you think about

For that price, it would be worth it just to clean up and use as a coffee table Great price there josh
skippyboyo1
£100 for a bomb proof engine!!!!! Good deal!
Guest Budz86
I'm half tempted by that. If I had a place to store it I'd just whack it on a stand, strip it down and rebuild it just to further my own knowledge
Swampy442
My car has only done 80,000km mate I'd want something with a little less mileage Thanks for the offer though! Mileage is not an issue, wish people would get over that!
JasonR24
Mileage is not an issue, wish people would get over that! Have to agree here it's only an NA and for 100 quid for all that it's a bargain!
BaileySupra
Yeah I'm considering two routes now though either go tt or stay N/A

listy
Yeah I'm considering two routes now though either go tt or stay N/A I'd hurry up and decide because Josh's engine won't hang around long at that price!
