b;3615562']For any NA-T guys considering going the R154 Getrag gearbox route with their NA-T conversion;

Bellhousing to allow you to use a Supra mkiii R154 box with the 2J engine. Just extending the shifter req then.

i still cant find any information on jumper 21? im going to test the ecu today, hopefully it powers up so i can finish off the wiring.

what i would like to know is when i connect the ecu to the laptop does it auto update or do i need to go online and find a specific software update and install it while its plugged into the car? and can i just use the basic wiring ie power, map, rpm and tps to update?

My build started half hour ago.. Then it started raining, I'm not blessed with a warm garage to work in so I'm stuck with working in the grove with nagging kids asking me millions of questions!

I use my car daily so i did odd jobs on the weekend to keep it mobile, so far fuel pump, EMU wiring, gauges, fmic and piping has all been done, now I'm at the stage of no return.. Drilling the sump.

Jumper 21 I'm also still unsure about? And weather the settings will be the same as posted in club na-t

Just a heads up, I'm on the lookout for an Emanage Ultimate or similar piggy back set up should anyone have anything or know of anything.

Good luck too those who've builds have started, I'm just waiting on a run around so I can get mine off the road and begin! Most the parts are here now :) This Sundays weather is forecast to be good so ideal for a good days progress!

What's up with Jumper 21, are you looking for wiring diagrams buddy? I'm confused on your problem. Sorry Im not being much help.

The laptop needs the emanage update (in my case) if it doesn't connect when the engine in running.

Oh I see you just want to know what's it's purpose.

http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showthread.php?72782-E-manage-ultimate-warm-start-issue.

That thread has some information on some starlets that have a warm start issue, one guy reckons that some EMU have 21 jumpers, which means that some dont and it's not uncommon.

I would not panic too much about it, see how it idles and investigate further if the idle has any problems.

Here's information about what all the others are, for some reason 21 isn't even on there so I wouldn't worry about the other settings mate

Would there be any interest?
