Jspec Germany
Subframe bolt torque specifications, specifically the scanned in maintenance manual in another thread: edited - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=12703 There's a link inside this thread that should show you the section I'm talking about. The picture shows the forward two of the rear subframe bolts being torqued to 196 Nm while the text to the right says 175 Nm (129 ft/lbs). Which is it, the 196 or the 175? Thanks, this is getting done first thing in the morning.

merckx
http://www.mkiv.com/manual/manualtt/general_maintenance/mo14.jpg It's not obvious from the pic, not that critical as they aren't ball joints or bushes. I would tighten them to 196 Nm to be sure. The other ones at the rear aren't obvious either, is it 43Nm or 43 ftlbs. 43 ftlbs sounds more like it though. Jspec Germany
If you divide the ft lb number by the Nm number you will get close to .74 each time. This leads me to believe those numbers are more accurate to the right and that the numbers in the figure are incorrect.
