Gar_GT4
Hi, I recently bought an exhaust for my tt supra... It's a hks hi power 409... When u bought it I was told it was for a tt but its not... The pipe diameter is only 75mm instead of 95mm which is what the silent hi power for the tt is. The place I bought it off said it will fit and will be fine for a tt and there's vids on YouTube with it fitted to tt's... I don't wAnt to go and fit it if there's no point but I'm not sure can I send it back so I might be stuck with it... So would it be a bad idea to fit it being 20mm smaller in diameter? Thanks
mellonman
75mm is fine for a bpu TT but if you wanted upgrade to single turbo then you might want to have the 95mm, in context i have a single turbo on a 3" (75mm) exhaust and its fine, but i am on the look out for a 3.5" (88mm) system but thats personal preferance
Gar_GT4
Thanks for that... The car is completely standard... I do t plan on doing much more power mods at the moment so I might stick it on so
