chilli
Oops posted in the wrong place... I was just re-directed here from another job post and thought i'd add what I do... I enjoy my job, i think that comes from working with a company that says that they like to put their employees first and actually mean it. I get sent on loads of training courses and i get to improve my skills. Having said that i still get those monday morning blues but i think i would get that with any job. The company is putting effort into progressing me to a systems architect which im thankful for. Not the best job in the world, but certainly not the worst. Jezz
Interesting thread! My main income comes from ten years in the music biz. Have a studio at home and produce various styles for the commercial market. Nightclub Dj on thursday, friday, and saturday nights in various locations. In the week i run a jap specialist salvage/breakers yard with a close friend.(this started as the odd day helping out!!) Busy life!!!
Ewen
Hi again Hucker, I didnt realise you are yet to buy one ! I FEEL BAD posting scary £££s ....apart from the insurance and fuel, Supes can be suprisingly cheap to service, and parts compare well with most modern cars....the NA is a no brainer to keep costs down.....note that depreciation isnt as big a deal with Supes as it is with many other perf cars (not since the recent Yen crash anyhoo)...dont buy the first you see, and get a second opinion from someone you trust before you splosh the dosh - ob a mechanically sussed Supe will cost you less to run than a 'cheap' bargain thats been thrashed....finally, Im jealous of you young whippers being in a position to even consider buying a Supe at your age, to quote myself from a previous, equally naff post 'I wish supes had been around before my life was half over'

Ewen
Im the designer / stylist for a well known powerboat builder on the south coast - salary is in keeping with someone whos done this for 25 years - I suppose I have the choice of driving a few tasty cars, but last four have been Supes - does this say more for the Supra styling / way of life or the pay levels within the design industry ?
