David P
The project is coming together nicely, the satisfactions from the job so far and expectations of the nearly there now, must be good feelings. That shiny front facing manifold will be the envy of every N/A-T-er, maybe you should trade-mark your creation "Pulley's Plenum".
Noz
Looking awesome. How you running that rail mate?

That shiny front facing manifold will be the envy of every N/A-T-er, maybe you should trade-mark your creation "Pulley's Plenum". I've actually been a bit boring and just copied the log shape of a couple of plenums I've bought for research Found this to be the optimum flow shape (was going to go with a boxy powerhouse racing style) It's just a fabricated log with na runners welded to it with machined trumpet tops I did a "smoke test" air flow jig under pressure and it has near perfect distribution across the runners
Pulley
Looking awesome. How you running that rail mate? I'm running the primary rail from its own updated pump and frp And a secondary rail driven by HKS running 2000cc sard injectors and big pump, for Just means I keep my little injectors online and get good idle and bottom end response with nice clean spray pattern And supplement with the second row ow injectors when needed Judging by the very good condition of my pistons/bores/ valves and head, this additional injector system I've been running at 1 bar Has been very reliable and spot on for fuelling

DaveR
How have I missed this?! I've just read the thread through - really impressed with all the custom work, matey. You've got some real talent there. I've got to say that this piqued my interest: im thinking of replacing my plastic under trays with stainless or ali panels I'm planning on getting an SRD alloy engine undertray but would love to mate it to something metal underneath the front bumper too (in the vein of the stock plastic c-shaped one but sturdier). I don't have the necessary tools / time / resources / talent to make something like that very well, so I'll be interested to see this if it goes ahead. Uh and you apply for that hobbyist status... I'm glad to see you workspace looks like mine always does part way through a job by the way! p: Anyway. Top work.

Pulley
Thanks for the compliments everyone Just spent today hauling my v160 into my supra on the driveway, feel like I've been in the ring with mike Tyson Just gotta bleed clutch, fit exhaust and take it for a spin Hope the osgiken triple plate isn't too mad for street driving DaveR , I'm thinking of doing Ali engine under tray (similar to srd's) and a new Ali plate to replace the plastic front C also Once I've done mine, if you like it I'm sure I could make another

Pulley
Update , I may be whipping out the OS Giken triple and using a spec clutch from Whifbitz unless I can work out setup issues I'm having with it Don't seem to have enough slave cylinder travel to operate the clutch? Well see Can't wait to get the power down
