b;3616671']Awesome news that you got the idle issue sorted dude - what was it in the end?

Hats off to you dude, your machining/fabricating work is awesome.

Was a silly mistake, I failed to fit the gasket I made that goes between the plenum and runners

Haha, just got insurance sorted for the 1st April (competition insurance)

Have done a base "map" to keep things safe on boost and omg its quick (on private road of course )

New falken 10j rears and it spins easily in 3rd and sounds amazing

Can't wait for japfest now

I will stick with the tt plenum for a few months until I haven't custom one sorted, then a custom strut brace I think

That's awesome bud, the work you have put in is massively impressive, now go and hassle the mods for your Hobbyist status

Rog is right Mark, you have some great skills and it would be a shame not to make some of your custom made products available to other club members, you could be a very useful asset to alot of guys on this forum, get an application in mate :)

Thank you for all the compliments, I've already asked mods a few times, no harm in asking again I suppose

I'd quite enjoy making the odd bit here and there for members

Fitted black head lining (thanks Keron)

Fitted HKS boost controller, modded my Ali speaker rings

Got the fuelling spot on now, .5 and .8 bar settings

Did a few road mapping sessions at 1 bar just for laughs too

But backed off to .8 to preserve my w58 box as it seems bonkers quick now

Next job is to fit my oem black carpet (thanks Keron) and wire in my folding mirrors

(Putting the mirror switch in place of the headlight washer switch)
