If I had £100 for every IC pipe I have put back that *DEFINITELY HAS NOT COME OFF* I would be a wealthy chap :)

mate join the club, that's why I felt so stupid when I put it on my ramp and found the pipe off covered by the undertray. haha oh well atleast its given me a full education on how the TT sequential system works which i needed to learn anyway

So whats next on the list? you fitted a fuel pump yet? and Boost controller?

Forgot to ask is she boosting to 1.2bar just now? if so no need for boost controller, unless you really want to?

Yeah it does look like geo 2 me 0 haha

just looking at fuel pumps, i have aload of walbro 255lt/he ones here but seeing i'm looking for around 550-600 eventually i was planning on either the aeromotive for the new walbro 340lt/hr versions as a bit of future proofing.

I have a black avcr also sitting here i'm going to install, means i can remove the defi boost gauge as well then and de-clutter the dash a little.

Also the RLTC to go in.

oh and the other odds and sods to get the car upto scratch of things i found not to be working quite right.

Want to get that lot done before i really start buying anything else performance related.

Any Joy Tim i feel i have the same problem with my car i was on boost around 60mph Then nothing i limped it home this was 2 yrs ago i just parked it up after i was told i had blown the turbo. It didnt smoke and there was no bang when i lost boost. My guage does still give a read out PSI im guessing its from the first turbo. I cant quote on the psi as it was a long time ago. I just parked it up in mind to put the HKS 2835 GT kit on it. If there is a simple fix i would love to get it back on the road.

IMHO you should REMOVE all the hoses between the throttle body, down beside the battery, across the undertray, and into the IC, the out of the IC to the turbo pipes. In removing them you will probably find one is partly off, maybe down by the battery side, maybe onto the IC. You can then also examine them for splits before you put them back. I'd have a little wager you have a hose partly off. I can't tell you how many times I've seen this.

yeah it was very simple like the others had said it was just an intercooler pipe.

My stupidity was not having a proper look before heading into TT operation. If you can hear it whistling in the background when you drive but no boost it can only be 1 thing and thats the IC hose has blown off.

As soon as you hear the turbo's doing something you know its going to be something simple. Again i made the mistake of checking in the rain as didn't hear the turbos at all (muffled by the roadnoise and rain) so jumped to the bad conclusion. lol
