Trig
It's a stock one guys, my one doesn't have a cap at the moment, will I need one for it to operate correctly?
Littler
You may struggle to relocate the stock one due to it's size with having a front mount, I have a spare expansion bottle with bracket that fits between the wing and the battery if your interested, it does require the stock lid/a lid of some sort though Edited December 12, 2012 by Littler (see edit history)
Dnk
HKS give you a bracket to mount the stock tank under the o/s headlight when you buy their R spec FMIC I did away with this and bought a Honda Civic tank which fits nicely between the battery and wing. Dim Sum
I've tucked mine the same as Dnk has but i still used the stock and fits just fine.
Dnk
Here's an extra pic for antno, i had a remove part of the battery tray as i made a bracket for the tank to slide onto.
Dnk
That's really neat Dunk It did the job nicely, the tank is white though so it got a good rub down with scotchbright and then a few coats of satin black. Much better there than under the o/s headlamp. And before anyone asks you can check the level on the hose that sits inside quite easily
