Steve W
Sorry guys/gals, i've been absent for quite some time, and, COMPLETELY away from the Soop-Scene ?!?!? I'm looking to maybe/possibly treat myself to a Soop VERY VERY soon, only, it may have to be (from necessity you understand !) an N/A Could you tell me (i USED to know but lost it entirely!) what the diff's are between the N/A and the Turbulisious along the exhaust ?? I may buy an N/A with bog-Std on it and i still have a Mongoose (Cat-Back) and a ONE-piece Cat-Repl' pipe for a TURBO (Jap) want to know if either/both fit an N/A (i think the ex' is OK ? but not sure 'bout the Cat-Pipe ?) Yours beggingly, FatS (aka XXX-Large, Steve W) [ps. YESSSSSSSS, just this ONCE i'm asking to NOT use the Search Button... I'm a bit more desperate than that AND very short on time at the mo' ................AND a LAZY FAT BAS' ! ! !) XXX.
Steve W
......pps, off to Santa (POD not CLAUS !) to get back into the swing and start breathing Tyre Smoke again I see that a lot/most/all of you are going to that Bovingdon event. I'm ALREADY jealous BTW, there was a chap/chapess at Pod several weeks ago. HE had a Silver TT and the LAAADY had just bought her Blue TT. they VERY kindly let my Better-Half sit in the Blue-ie and it was that which helped her agree ! ! ! THANKS Mr & Mrs if you're on here FatS.
Lazarus
IIRC the cat-back should fit fine but the cat-replacement won't (the difference is at the end of the downpipe), Although I'd wait for somebody more knowledgeable to confirm or deny that. Steve W
Thanks Laz'.... ANY BODY ELSE OUT THERE ? ? ? ? ? Nobody know the diff's, if any, on the cat/exhausts N/A v Turbo ?? Do i need a new Cat' replace pipe(s) or is the actual EXHAUST diff ?? FatS.
Whitesupraboy2
can hopefulyl ehlp you a bit on this. Most cat back exhausts will fit, For instance im buying CJ's Greedy Titanium for mine....and set of ear plugs, i know the RSR fits as well. Im also pretty sure cat replacement pipes are different as well
Gaz Walker
Welcome back Steve, nice to see an old face back on the scene! Exhaust wise most TT exhausts will fit an NA, but the Mongoose was a funny one because they did different models for J-spec's and UK's. The second cat (the larger S shape one) is the same on all Supras - so a one peice one deffo won't fit. The front cat is different on the NA, Jspec TT and UK spec. Gaz. Matt Harwood
Hi Steve, It's been a long, long time mate! If it helps, I gave Dom my old exhaust from my red TT, and he fitted it straight onto his NA. Do you have one in mind? - I know of two aeros for sale, Ones an NA the others a TT.... Faye
Yup, got one on mine, but it is not the quietest exhaust on the NA by any means
