Tbh though a simple service you can do. I can write a walk through for you if you like, the only marginally tricky bit is changing the plugs but there is an excellent write-up on here! How long till your arm is better, if your not desperate for a service i'd hold off and save yourself a LOT of monies Ill check there isn't a full service write-up on here first and if not will put something together for you....
