Parry_10
Hi guys, Ive been sold an exhaust cam as a hks 264 but I dont believe it is. I have a set of hks cams and they have hks engraved in them and the duration e.g 264,272. This cam doesnt have any of that but has 8 and JZ engraved in the middle, NO.2 engraed in it and 16 and an A. Can anyone confirm that this is a stock cam as I have a feeling it is... Cheers
Justin Bieber
I had some 272's that had HKS 272 engraved in them, I swapped them for some 264's (so i was told) these have HKS engraved but no duration, matey that is rebuilding my head is measuring them up for me as i wondered about this too

_Shane_
If you paid by paypal which i think you did then get the cam measured by a garage to confirm if its genuine or not and if its not paypal dispute straight away if they wont give you your money back
Chris Wilson
I have never seen a 2JZ HKS cam not embossed with "HKS" It sounds like a stock cam to me. Measure the lift and duration and you will soon know.
Parry_10
That's what I thought. Anyway he has offered me a full refund and said he was told it was a hks 264 cam and bought it off this forum. I'm going to ask for the members name. I'm not sure I believe him to be honest I think he just thought I'm not sending him a hks cam for £80 so ill send a stock one and pretend I was told it was hks. I don't want a refund though I want my hks cam for £80 lol:D

Josh
This is the standard exhaust cam out of an NA, showing the No.2 on it, and I assume a TT one would look pretty much the same.
