Marco79
Im fitting low impedance injectors and need a resistor pack, does anyone know how to make these? I've had a search but not found much info
Nic
You could source a UK spec resistor pack part number 28510-46020

Nodalmighty
There are two ways of doing this, the first is a voltage resistor tree like stock and the other is in line with the injector ecu feeds. For neatness the factory RP is a good piece of kit but a total bugger to wire into the main loom due to the sheer number of black and orange wires and as it's a power feed they are all linked so a continuity test is no good to you. You wouldn't be the first to connect a resistor pathway to a coil pack The in line method requires 6 x 4.7ohm 50watt resistors (Farnell or Maplin). This should combine with the LI injectors to give about 8 ohms per channel (anything above 6 ohms is good, but any more than 8 defeats the whole point of the faster response time of the LI injector). Kev.O
Mark, the inline way seems to be how the existing loom you have was configured, judging by the way the cables are arranged and cut.

Online option seems the way forward thanks guys Edited November 20, 2012 by Marco79 Stupid question (see edit history)
