stevie_b
I check it on level ground, and for an accurate reading only do it when it hasn't been turned over for several hours.
Iky
Ive noticed the dipsticks on my facelift TT and my brothers pre-facelift N/A are a different design. Mine is a flat blade and his is a round wire type thing. The wire is a crap design as it scrapes oil from the tube making it give incorrect readings. My 200sx also has a similar wire type stick and I have heard of on the owners club engines being seized due to no oil even though the dipstick says it's full. Only way to be sure is to drop it all and put correct amount in. Or change the dipstick to a flat blade one.

Digsy
Page LU-1 Chrikey, that's badly written. It says that the oil "should be between the low and full levels marks" but then if it is low "add oil up to the full level mark". So if the oil level is between the low and full level marks, is it low or not?
